We are thrilled to announce that Explore PK-8 has been named a Performance School! This is the highest distinction awarded to schools on the Colorado Department of Education's annual School Performance Framework!
We couldn’t be more proud of our students, staff, and families! This incredible achievement is a reflection of the hard work, dedication, and heart our entire school community brings each and every day.
Let's Go Eagles!
Explore's Run-4-Funds - Friday, October 9th
The 20th Anniversary Run-4-Funds celebrates community, students, and service while raising important funds for student learning experiences, recognitions, performances, and more. During Mapleton’s Homecoming Week, participants can enjoy a quarter-mile, half-mile, or mile run.
Together, we run to make a lasting impact!
At Explore we Believe
When students and teachers are engaged in work that is challenging, adventurous and meaningful, learning and achievement flourish. Our mission is to create classrooms where teachers can fulfill their highest aspirations, and students achieve more than they think possible, becoming active contributors to building a better world.
Explore PK8 1st grade students in Mrs. Ptaszynski's art class are learning about the difference between warm and cool colors. To put their knowledge to the test, students drew cats and dogs and could only use a warm or cool color palette when filling in their lines.
